About
I am interested in the material culture of silver within the context of the English Country house during the long eighteenth century. My thesis research is focused on the importance of the epergne as a communication of the Rococo in England during the years 1730-1760. My Master thesis will continue to focus on silver within the context of this particular domestic interior as well as the various relationships between silver craftsmen in London and the burgeoning silver trade.
